Instructions
1. Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F. Dice Yukon Gold potatoes and toss with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 30–40 minutes, tossing halfway through. Watch for that golden crunch — pull them when the edges are crispy and irresistible.
2. Season & Grill the Patties
Divide 2 lbs of ground beef into 4 oz portions and form into patties. Season generously with salt and garlic powder on both sides. Grill to medium or your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, lay a slice of raw cheese on each patty and let it melt.
3. Build Your Bowl
Start with a generous bed of butter lettuce and romaine. Add one or two patties, a scoop of crispy potatoes, sliced avocado, and pickles. Drizzle with organic ketchup, mustard, and a generous pour of homemade low-tox ranch.
Notes
- Low-tox tip: Choose grass-fed beef, raw milk cheese, and organic condiments where possible to keep this bowl as clean as it is delicious.
- Potato crunch: Don't skip the halfway toss — it's the secret to even browning.
- Make it a meal prep: Patties and potatoes reheat well. Keep toppings fresh and assemble to order.
