You’ve just invested in your skin’s biology, and I want to make sure you get the most out of every product. Below are my personal recommendations for using your Osmosis products — the same guidance I give my in-person clients at Tulle & Terrace Skin Co.

Morning Routine

Skip the morning cleanse. This is one of my core beliefs and one of the most impactful shifts you can make. Overnight, your skin is doing its best repair work and producing protective oils. Washing those away first thing strips the very barrier you’re trying to build. Instead, simply rinse with water or go straight into your serum and moisturizer. Your skin will thank you.

Introducing New Products

Start new serums at night for the first 1–2 weeks. This gives your skin time to adjust without any external stressors like sun exposure or environmental aggressors. After that initial introduction period, you can move to morning and night use as normal.

Retinals — What You Need to Know

• All Osmosis retinals are sun-safe and can be used in the morning — no need to reserve them for nighttime only.
• Do not mix Osmosis retinals with retinals from other brands. Combining retinal formulas can cause irritation and unpredictable results.
• Discontinue any prescription or Rx retinals before introducing Osmosis retinals into your routine.
• Stick to one skincare brand. Osmosis is a complete, synergistic system. Mixing with other lines — especially actives — can cause irritation and compromise results.

Layering Your Serums

StemFactor and StemFactor MD should always be applied on their own — no cocktailing. These growth factor formulas are designed for maximum skin contact and delivery, and mixing them with other serums dilutes their effectiveness. Apply, let absorb, then layer.

All other serums can be cocktailed together. Catalyst, Replenish, Renew, Correct, and Retinal can all be mixed in your palm and applied in one step. Keep it simple, keep it effective.

General Tips

• Less is more — a little goes a long way with Osmosis formulas.
• Consistency matters more than perfection. Use what you have, morning and night, and trust the process.
