Smoked Lemon Garlic Chicken Breasts
This has been my go-to chicken prep for the week.
So good and it holds really well in the fridge for a couple days.

Ingredients
• 2 to 3 chicken breasts
• 3 tbsp melted butter, tallow, or ghee
• 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Sea salt
• Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

Prep
Pat chicken breasts dry and place in a shallow dish. -
Season
Mix melted butter, tallow, or ghee with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sea salt.
Coat chicken evenly on both sides. -
Smoke
Preheat smoker to 425°F.
Smoke for 20 to 25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. -
Rest
Remove from smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
How I Eat It
I love this cold the next day with a Graza olive oil drizzle and flaky sea salt.
